Cécé David STUDER, Lawyer

Cécé David STUDER obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law in 2009 and a Master's degree in Civil and Criminal Law in 2010 from the University of Geneva. In 2011, he obtained a Certificate of Specialization in Law from the École d’avocature in Geneva. In the same year, he completed an internship in the judiciary department of a Geneva public administration office where he put to practice his knowledge of criminal law.

In 2012, he began his legal traineeship with the law firm Nanchen Avocats et Consultants (formerly l’Étude Nanchen, Mathey-Doret et Bron) which also acted as the Geneva branch of the law network Indemnis specialized in Civil liability and Private Insurance law. After his admission to the Geneva Bar in 2014, he returned to the firm as an associate (2014-2019).

Since January 1st 2020, he joined Ndaté DIENG and together they founded the firm Dieng Studer Law.

He practices judicial litigation, both civil and criminal, particularly in the areas of Obligations and Contracts, Civil Liability, Social Insurance law and Family law.

He assists and advises the firm's private and institutional clients in various fields.

He is also very active in the associative and sports world, having also played semi professional football.

His experience acquired while handling issues relating to economic diversification, project management, diplomatic and governmental matters(judicial and extra-judicial), particularly on the African continent, enables him to assist the firm's clients in such areas.
